Our restaurant is a family one and it seats a maximum of 30 persons to meet our values: attention, listening and quality.
We offer a local cuisine, influenced by the region and the mountain. Whenever possible we make use of local products and from producers that have received a label "parc régional du vercors".
It is very important for us to be genuine, therefore we want to promote the origin of our products, guarantee their freshness, and offer what is closest to our local production.
